Shipping & Returns

Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. This means we’ve received your order and pre-authorized your card. We immediately contact the supplier to confirm stock. If it’s on backorder, we’ll void the charge and notify you. If in stock, we’ll process the payment and begin shipping.

Shipping

Orders in stock ship within 5 business days. You’ll get tracking info within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse. If you don’t receive tracking within 6 business days, contact us at orders@polarergonomics.com.

Damages

Inspect your item(s) on delivery. If you notice damage, make note before signing. If damaged, send photos to returns@polarergonomics.com and we’ll start an insurance claim.

Cancellations & Refunds

Orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 fee. If the order has shipped, you are also responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds go to the original payment method.
